Work begins. Time is tracked at $150/hour, and any additional work beyond the estimate is approved before continuing.

Rather than building large contingencies into fixed project fees, I work hourly. This approach allows projects to remain flexible while ensuring clients only pay for actual work completed.

My hourly rate remains $150/hour. The monthly payment simply spreads the work out over a longer period while giving you consistent progress each month.
