A clear, efficient process from first call to launch day. Here’s exactly what happens, what you’ll need to provide, and what you can expect at each stage.

Step 2:
Secure your spot on the schedule
Project checklist
Approve the proposal
Pay the upfront deposit (via Wix invoice, credit card accepted)
Submit required content and assets (you’re responsible for your content; support is available, but you’ll review spelling and grammar)
Share access to your current Wix site if this is a redesign

Step 3:
Your Project Begins
First draft delivered in 2 to 5 days
Once your start date begins, you can expect a first version of your site within 2 to 5 days.
Step 4:
Revisions and Final Touches
Included edit time
A set amount of edit time is included in your estimate.
First page includes 2 hours
Each additional page includes 10 minutes
Extra edits
If revisions go beyond the included time, additional edits are billed at the hourly rate.
Turnaround
Edits are typically applied within three business days, depending on availability.
Keep the project moving
To stay on schedule, client edits must be submitted within one month.

Approval and Final Payment
Next steps
SEO optimizations are completed (based on the SEO tier you choose, or you can opt out)
We schedule the final Zoom meeting
Step 6:
Launch Your Website
Launch call agenda
We’ll do a final 1-hour Zoom screen share to launch and hand everything over.
Transfer ownership of the new site
Connect or reassign your Wix hosting plan

Connect your domain

Be ready to log in to your domain provider (Wix, GoDaddy, Namecheap supported)

Your site may take up to 48 hours to fully propagate after going live
Review domain and hosting fees

Ongoing Support
Need updates, changes, or guidance after launch? Support is available on an hourly basis.
Optional training
Book sessions to learn how to update your site, manage pages, and handle specific Wix questions.
Payment note
Pay in advance to reserve your Zoom session or schedule hourly work.
